Frequently asked questions
What image size does Myntra require?
Listings expect a 1080x1440 portrait image, which is a 3:4 aspect ratio. Myntra-Ready Export produces exactly that, already compressed, so you are not resizing by hand or risking a rejection on dimensions.
Can I export for other marketplaces too?
Yes. Alongside the Myntra preset you can export originals at full quality and choose square, portrait or story aspect ratios, which covers Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, AJIO and social.
How do I export a whole catalog?
Bulk Export lets you select multiple photos and download them together. Every shoot is also kept as a project with its full generation history, so you can go back and re-download later without regenerating.
What resolution should I generate at?
Standard 1K is enough for most listings. Step up to HD 2K or Ultra 4K when the image needs to survive zoom, print or crop, keeping in mind that resolution is what drives the credit cost of a generation.
Will exported images pass marketplace QC?
Correct dimensions are the most common rejection reason and the preset removes that one. Review the rest before uploading: clean background, garment filling the frame, accurate colour, and no visible artifacts around hands, necklines and hems.
